<p><b>Here are the Job details for your review:</b></p><p><b>Job Title: Corporate Credit Management (Loan Transaction Coordination)</b></p><p><b>Duration: 11 Months (Possibility of extension)</b></p><p><b>Location: Montréal, QC </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Description:</b></p><p>Part of Credit & Portfolio Management Americas, Loan Transaction Coordination is a transversal team serving the Americas Corporate Platform while focusing on three key missions: </p><p>Serve as the first level of control to safeguard the Bank by applying effective, accurate and timely controls to address regulatory, compliance, operational and credit risks.</p><p>Provide client service and transaction execution support to facilitate best-in-class solutions for our clients.</p><p>Perform tasks requiring situational banker support, complex transaction management, and specialized sector knowledge.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Summary of role</b></p><ul><li>Credit Protection / Risk Mitigation and Data Analysis</li><li>Assist in security package key data quality indicator monitoring (e.g., conduct checks,</li><li>investigate anomalies, and work with ITO and the Central Data Office to maintain high level of compliance with security packages).</li><li>Assist in implementation of End-to-End Capital Requirements under Basel IV Operational.</li><li>Framework such as monitoring of freshness of collateral valuation and insurance monitoring.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities</b></p><p>Assist in other data collection/remediation and ad hoc projects as needed.</p><p>Encouraged to proactively foster ideas to improve the team, to efficiently achieve its missions</p><p>and add value to the Corporate Platform (i.e. streamline, automation)</p><p>Engage with relevant team leaders and stakeholders and contribute to the implementation of these ideas as needed</p><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications: </b></p><ul><li><b>Undergraduate degree with major in Finance/Data analytics/Data science preferred.</b></li><li><b>Knowledge in Corporate Banking products and AI a plus.</b></li><li><b>Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel (VBA) and Powerpoint. </b></li><li><b>Data Analytics and/or Data Management skills are a strong asset</b></li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Work collaboratively within the team and a team player</li><li>Demonstrated problem solving skills</li><li>Flexibility in changing work environment</li><li>Strong attention to details</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities and topics</li></ul>
