Role Overview
We are looking for an Onboarding & Training Specialist to guide new customers through the setup and adoption of Kordova Tek’s software. This role is responsible for delivering structured onboarding sessions, training users on best practices, and ensuring customers are confident using the platform from day one.
You will work closely with Support, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a smooth transition from signup to live operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding sessions for new customers via Zoom/Teams
- Train customers on core workflows (dispatch, billing, payroll, reporting, etc.)
- Assist customers with initial system setup and configuration
- Identify customer gaps, questions, or blockers during onboarding
- Provide step-by-step guidance tailored to customer operations
- Create and update onboarding documentation, guides, and training materials
- Work with Support to transition customers after onboarding is completed
- Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points internally
- Ensure onboarding timelines and milestones are met
Required Qualifications
- Located in Canada (mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable conducting live training sessions with customers
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, training, or support
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple customers at once
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation software
- Familiarity with dispatch systems, billing, or payroll workflows
- Experience creating SOPs, training videos, or documentation
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems
