CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK We are currently searching for a dynamic Customer Service Clerk to join our Montreal office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Clerk is responsible for the complete administrative functions associated with the customer service department. This role is an entry level position for possible development into a full customer service role. Tasks and responsibilities- Data entry – enter bookings as required (for special projects or others)- Provide documentation (PODs, BOLs, etc.) as needed to customers- Update customer’s web portals- Scan all documents from customers pertaining to bookings- Perform other duties, as assigned.Qualifications- Post-Secondary degree or equivalent combination of experience and education- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative environment- Bilingualism (English and French).Skills- Strong organizational and communicational skills- Punctuality- Strong ability to work within a team- Computer literate : MS Office Suite, AS400 environment (an asset)- Learning fast and capacity to adapt quickly to changes.You are interested and believe you have all the qualifications?
