Title: Customer Service Sales Representative Full-time: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Part-time: Minimum of 3 days, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
At Gem Marketing, we get the amazing opportunity to work exclusively with a variety of non-profit organizations to expand their donor base through face-to-face fundraising. We believe that in an overly-saturated age of digital marketing, face-to-face fundraising allows us the chance to connect one-on-one with donors and build a genuine connection that allows charities to grow their relationships while also increasing their area of impact.

As a customer service sales representative, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with and building relationships with potential donors.
Maximizing donor acquisition.

1 – 2 years of customer service experience.
~ In-depth and personalized paid training.
Sales training covering objection handling, communication strategies, and more.
Flexible schedule (minimum 3 days per week, Monday through Friday)

Staying current with technical job skills.
