About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success in a fast-paced SaaS environment? As a Customer Success Manager at Nakisa, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients thrive and grow with our innovative solutions. This role is key to our mission of high-quality delivery and unparalleled customer experience, directly impacting account management, client satisfaction, and new sales opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and onboarding.
- Fortify relationships by becoming a domain expert and product superuser.
- Proactively identify, manage, and lead upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving organic growth.
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact, advocating for their needs across departments.
- Nurture relationships that will generate strong references and referrals.
- Drive product improvements by collaborating with our Product Management team.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position or solution consulting role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences, including executives.
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in enterprise software (SaaS experience highly preferred).
- Experience with enterprise software selling (SaaS is a plus).
- A human resource and/or Finance background is desirable.
- Experience managing clients in accounting and/or HR is desirable.
- Business fluent in English, with fluency in French as a strong advantage.
- Must be located in Quebec.

- MBA or equivalent.
- Business consultative experience in management consulting, financial analysis, corporate finance, business development, organizational transformation.
