Bilingual Legal/Medical Field

Remote role must be physically located in Canada

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Are you fully bilingual in English and French with experience in the legal or medical field?

In this role, you’ll handle inbound, warm-transferred calls, support clients through complex questions, and interpret documentation while managing sensitive matters with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

This is a remote, work-from-home role using your own computer, ideal for Law Clerks, Paralegals, or those with similar legal support experience who enjoy client-facing work in a structured environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound, warm-transferred calls
  • Support callers with complex legal or medical questions
  • Interpret documentation and provide accurate, personalized guidance
  • Research issues using internal systems and document files clearly
  • Manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For

  • Legal or medical background strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and active listening skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Clean criminal record check required
