Our key client are looking for a D365 Lead Developer to drive technical excellence across enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 & Power Platform programmes.

What you’ll be doing • Lead design + delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions • Set engineering standards, drive architectural decisions, and mentor developers • Build enterprise features using C#, JavaScript, AL, T-SQL & Power FX • Create Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Canvas Apps & Power Automate flows • Guide Business Central customisations + integration builds • Own code reviews + continuous improvement initiatives • Troubleshoot complex challenges and influence tech strategy across the team
