What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Data, you will play a key role in transforming our data into clear, actionable insights that drive product, operational, and strategic decisions. You’ll partner with teams across Virtuo to uncover opportunities, improve performance, and help build an AI‑native data ecosystem.

  • Collect, prepare, and structure data to ensure it is accurate, reliable, and ready for analytics and AI workflows
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence product and business strategy
  • Create intelligent, automated insights and data products that help teams make faster, more informed decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and improving data quality through proactive validation and continuous refinement
  • Explore new AI capabilities, tools, and practices to elevate how we use data across the organization

How You’ll Be Measured

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or hybrid analytics/engineering role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience building analytical workflows, pipelines, or data transformations
  • Hands‑on experience working with relational and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Lambda, Glue, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
  • Comfortable working with data from modern SaaS tools (e.g., Segment, HubSpot) and integrating them into analytical pipelines
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts, scalable data practices, and maintaining high‑quality, production‑ready datasets
  • Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
