Job Description:

We are looking for a PostgreSQL Database Administrator / Database Reliability Engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting and automating enterprise database environments.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL, including performance tuning, high availability, replication, backup/recovery, and security.
You will work closely with DevOps teams to integrate PostgreSQL changes into CI/CD pipelines and automate database operations using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Experience with containerized PostgreSQL deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is highly desirable.
Exposure to SQL Server is preferred, while IBM DB2 or CockroachDB is a plus.
The ideal candidate has experience managing cloud and hybrid databases on Azure, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems and networking.
