  • Compensation : 90,000 to $105,000 + 15% Performance- based Annual bonus

About You:

You are a strategic, analytical, and collaborative professional with a strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain analytics. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working cross-functionally, and are passionate about driving operational excellence. Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or a similar industry is preferred.

Role Overview:

As the Demand Planning Manager, you will lead the forecasting and demand planning function to support accurate inventory management and supply chain alignment. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Logistics to ensure reliable forecasts and optimal inventory levels. Your insights will directly impact business decisions and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Lead demand forecasting efforts using planning tools and statistical models to generate reliable short- and long-term forecasts.

· Analyze historical sales data, market dynamics, and external factors to identify trends and inform forecasting strategies.

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotional plans, product launches, and market intelligence into forecasts.

· Monitor forecast accuracy and performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability.

· Align demand forecasts with supply chain operations, working closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics and Inventory Management to ensure inventory readiness and minimize stockouts or excess.

· Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies, balancing service levels with cost efficiency.

· Communicate forecast insights and risks to senior leadership and key stakeholders, enabling proactive decision-making.

· Continuously enhance forecasting methodologies, leveraging new technologies, data sources, and process improvements.

· Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and customer behavior.

Recipe for Success

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; master’s degree or APICS CPIM certification preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.

· Expertise in demand planning software with a high fluency in Excel and statistical analysis tools.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

· Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented and organized, with a strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

· Deep understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and forecasting methodologies.

· Business acumen with a strong grasp of market dynamics and customer behavior.
