Role Overview

This role is ideal for a designer with a refined eye, strong sense of composition, and passion for luxury design. You’ll work closely with the Chief Creative Officer & Head of Sales of Marketing to design digital experiences, marketing visuals, and campaign assets that communicate the beauty and purity of Menē’s craftsmanship. From the website to social media to photoshoots, you embody Menē’s aesthetic of precision, purity, and modern simplicity.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Design

  • Design digital assets for web, email, paid media, and social channels.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials, following and evolving Menē’s design guidelines.
  • Create layouts and compositions that reflect Menē’s minimalist and sculptural aesthetic.
  • Assist in preparing assets for campaigns, product launches, and editorial features.

UX / UI Support

  • Support the design and refinement of Menē’s website, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure visuals translate seamlessly into the user experience.
  • Contribute to design systems and digital brand standards.

Photoshoot & Content Support

  • Assist in planning, mood boarding, and organizing product and campaign photoshoots.
  • Help select imagery, retouch assets, and prepare visuals for digital publication.
  • Collaborate with photographers and stylists to ensure the visual execution aligns with Menē’s creative direction.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Marketing, and Product teams to support creative needs.
  • Manage project files, creative assets, and version control to ensure organization and consistency.
  • Stay current on design, luxury, and digital trends to bring thoughtful inspiration to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, or design-focused brands.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and brand aesthetics.
  • Experience with UX/UI or eCommerce design is an asset.
  • Understanding and experience of OpenArt and AI design tools to create captivating visuals from statics and brand new images and videos
  • Interest or experience in art direction and photoshoot planning.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, visual taste, and appreciation for minimalism.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
