We’re seeking a skilled Product Design Engineer (Consumer Goods) to develop innovative, cost-effective, and manufacturable product solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life, ensuring compliance with safety standards and alignment with market needs.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop new products using SolidWorksCreate 3D models, drawings, and documentationPrototype and test designs for function, durability, and complianceCollaborate with Marketing, Industrial Design, and Engineering teamsSource components and support manufacturing during product launchQualifications:Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; P.Eng. or eligible5–8 years’ experience in product design (consumer goods preferred)Strong SolidWorks and prototyping skillsKnowledge of plastics, metals, and other manufacturing methodsExcellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills*Career Connections Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and accommodates candidates with disabilities.
