Description
The EDI Developer is responsible for ensuring that all EDI systems and their associated dependencies are fully operational and online. This role requires maintaining the integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of EDI processes and data. The EDI Developer will also collaborate across departments and with external trading partners to ensure seamless EDI integration and support.
EDI System Management: Oversee the health checks, issue analysis, and ongoing maintenance of all EDI systems.
Testing and Promotion: Develop EDI maps, conduct thorough testing, and ensure proper promotion to the production environment.
Transaction Monitoring & Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve missing transactions.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain EDI system requirements for communication with system administration.
IT Support: Provide company-wide IT support, assisting users via the support ticket system.
