Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics
Full-Time Permanent: 120-122k + up to 10% bonus
Hybrid: 4 days in North York (off DVP)
Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics to lead performance insights and campaign optimization across paid digital channels. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, supporting marketing and eCommerce teams with actionable insights, robust data architecture, and clear business narratives. You’ll be a key player in shaping media strategy, improving ROI, and elevating digital campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital performance reporting and dashboard creation (Tableau, Looker Studio) to track KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPC, and conversion rates
- Drive experimentation strategies including A/B testing, GeoLift, and incrementality frameworks Clean, validate, and analyze marketing data from platforms like GA4, DB360, and Meta Ads
- Architect tagging and tracking strategies to ensure accurate campaign measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business strategy and campaign execution Translate complex data into compelling stories for executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of analysts and foster a data-informed culture
Must Haves:
- 7+ years in media analytics, preferably within media agencies or advertising platforms
- 1-2+ years of experience within people development roles.
- Strong technical skills: SQL (BigQuery), Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker
- Experience with marketing attribution models and ROI analysis
- Proven ability to manage projects and engage stakeholders effectively
- Strategic thinker with a knack for packaging data into business-impactful insights
- Familiarity with GA4, DV360, Meta Ads, and clean room environments (e.g., Google ADH)
- Understanding of attribution windows across platforms (Meta vs. Google)
