What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work within the Corporate Cash Management team to champion CIBC’s vision of being “The Leader in Client Relationships”. You’ll develop strong relationships with our corporate clients by delivering superior cash management solutions that simplify and enhance working capital management. Your responsibilities include developing new relationships, growing the portfolio based on established guidelines, negotiating pricing agreements, and implementing profitable cash management solutions for complex, treasury-intensive clients.
To perform this role effectively, you’ll be on-site full-time, with an environment that supports your success.
How You’ll Succeed
- Relationship Building: Engage in marketing and outreach activities to develop new client relationships and demonstrate appreciation.
- Collaboration: Work with your team to identify opportunities and provide treasury best practices and cash management solutions.
- Client Engagement: Proactively assess client needs, propose solutions, and understand their business and financial impact.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field; commitment to obtaining CTP designation within 24 months; Master’s or additional professional designations are assets.
- Experience: 5+ years in treasury relationship management within large organizations, with a focus on corporate banking.
- Skills: Passion for people, attention to detail, goal-oriented, proficient in MS Office, values-driven (trust, teamwork, accountability).
