We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Store Director to lead our Rolex Boutique team to uphold the high standards of excellence in luxury retail.
As the Store Director, you will be the ambassador of the Rolex brand and a key leader at GWC. Operational Efficiency: Oversee all boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company and brand guidelines.
Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with GWC’s management team to align on strategies and execute initiatives effectively.
