Oversee multi-site logistics operations, optimizing efficiency, cost control, and service excellence
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business and customer objectives
Build strong client relationships through strategic planning, and service optimization
Support new business start-ups, ensuring seamless execution and integration
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and operational best practices
Drive financial performance, managing budgets, contracts, and productivity metrics
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of five years in senior management roles within diverse 3PL and supply chain environments
Extensive experience leading large-scale logistics operations, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing performance
Proven ability to implement process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and manage stakeholder relationships
Strong leadership skills with expertise in financial oversight, contract negotiations, and team development
