💰 Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + uncapped commission based on ACV

Why This Role Exists
This is a strategic sales role designed to help us open new markets, deepen our connection with the industry, and win trust from senior leaders at homebuilding companies. You’ll collaborate directly with the Head of Revenue and represent the company in key conversations that influence how we go to market and evolve our product.
We’re open to exceptional candidates outside Calgary and offer relocation support post-probation.
What You’ll Do
- Own and close full-cycle deals with North American homebuilders (VP and C-level buyers)
- Lead discovery, deep dive, and ROI-based sales conversations
- Guide prospects through a high-integrity buying journey
- Bring field insights back to product and leadership to shape what comes next
- Support outbound workflows and CRM processes (without owning systems strategy)
- Represent OpenHouse at key in-person events and executive gatherings
- Operate with accountability to defined OKRs and reporting cadences
- Contribute your voice online—sharing learnings, questions, and perspectives over time

What We’re Looking For
You’re a sharp communicator, a consistent operator, and someone who’s excited to grow into a leadership role by earning trust and delivering results.
You should be:
- Experienced in managing and closing complex B2B deals
- Self-managed and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable with regular travel across North America
- A great listener and translator of market needs into business direction
- Familiar with CRM, outbound, and operational best practices
- Willing to build your professional presence online over time
