Driver Team Assistant

Neighbour Express is a Canada-based logistics company specializing in medium and large e-commerce parcels (5–150 kg), providing nationwide service coverage and working closely with multiple leading cross-border and domestic e-commerce platforms. We are committed to delivering stable, traceable, and professional logistics services through an efficient delivery network and intelligent systems.

As our business continues to grow, we are now hiring a Driver Team Assistant to join our operations team.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily driver operation
• Organize and coordinate driver work shift
• Coordinate with warehouses, drivers, and customer service team to ensure end-to-end resolution of issues
• Ensuring driver compliance with company standard of procedures
• Providing on-going support to drivers
• Handle performance management and maintain communication with drivers

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Native Level Fluency)
• Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier services, or team management is preferred
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently following up on issues
• Proficient in basic computer operations (Excel, ticketing systems, email, etc.)
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and transportation regulations is a plus
