Key Responsibilities:

• Working on Employment and Labour Law files
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members
• Understand clients needs to get the best outcome for them
• Ability to represent clients professionally out of court, in court and in front of tribunals
• Deal with clients in a professional manner and close files in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards
• Possess the ability to go into court and act in the best interest of their clients

Successful candidates must have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as an Employment and Labour Law Lawyer
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and strong acumen with technology
• Have sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives
• Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing

Compensation

· Competitive compensation between $120,000/year to $240,000/year based on experience
