<p><b>Job Description: Epicor Kinetic Implementation Consultant</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (50% Travel)</p><p><b>Employment Type:</b> Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p><b>Overview</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Epicor Kinetic Implementation Consultant</b> to lead functional ERP implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients. This role requires strong expertise in <b>Finance</b> or <b>Operations/Supply Chain</b> modules and the ability to work effectively in a remote, client-facing environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end Epicor Kinetic implementations including discovery, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.</li><li>Analyze client processes and design solutions aligned with Epicor best practices.</li><li>Configure modules within Finance or Operations/Supply Chain based on functional expertise.</li><li>Deliver workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.</li><li>Develop documentation including requirements, process flows, and training materials.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams and support post‑go‑live stabilization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>3–5+ years of Epicor ERP implementation or ERP consulting experience.</li><li>Functional experience in one or more areas:</li></ul><p><b>Finance:</b> GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, Reporting</p><p><b>Operations/Supply Chain:</b> Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, Scheduling</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing or distribution processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50%.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience with BAQs/BPMs, DMT, MES, Automation Studio, or integrations.</li><li>Epicor or industry certifications.</li><li>Exposure to project management methodologies.</li></ul><p></p>
