<p><b>Position: Director – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Ontario, Canada (Remote)</p><p><b>Type:</b> Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p>A global EPM consultancy is seeking a director-level professional to lead business development efforts and act as a key figure in client engagement and solution delivery across Ontario. This is a senior opportunity for someone with a strong finance background, a deep understanding of enterprise performance management, and the ability to bridge sales and delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>The Director will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-sale delivery oversight. While the role is commercially focused, success depends on understanding EPM architecture and being able to support delivery teams in aligning execution with client expectations.</p><p><br></p><p>This individual will also serve as a project champion, ensuring continuity between what is sold and what is delivered and contributing to solution development where appropriate.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Drive new business and revenue growth within Ontario</li><li>Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, presentations, and closing</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their finance and performance management needs</li><li>Serve as a project sponsor on key engagements, supporting solution delivery and maintaining client confidence</li><li>Contribute to solution shaping and strategic discussions with internal architects and delivery teams</li><li>Report directly to senior leadership and support regional growth strategy</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Candidate Profile</b></p><ul><li>Strong background in finance, ideally with prior exposure to enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions</li><li>Familiarity with EPM technologies such as OneStream.
