- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other field relevant to Architecture or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ combined experience in Solution Architecture and/or Enterprise architecture roles.
- Expert knowledge and experience in developing conceptual solutions, especially for an ERP solution
- Recent (past 5 years) experience in the Design and/or implementation of an ERP solution, including HR, Finance and procurement Capabilities for an organization 1500+ employees
- Exceptional skills in influencing and driving results across cross-functional domains.
- Ability to think strategically, act tactically and execute operationally.
