Hybrid – Vancouver, BC · Full-Time | Senior (8+ yrs) · $110K–130K CAD DOE

A Vancouver-based sustainability advisory firm offering ESG & sustainability services that bridge strategy and execution. They help design and construction clients embed environmental, social, and governance goals across portfolios and projects .

Quick Role Overview

Lead, shape and deliver ESG strategies that drive real business and environmental impact—across buildings, portfolios and clients.

What You’ll Own

  • ESG strategy development at project, portfolio and organizational levels

  • Integration of ESG into design, procurement & construction workflows

  • Oversee data collection, tracking, and gap analysis

  • Prepare ESG disclosures using GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB frameworks

  • Run stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments

  • Interpret ESG risks/opportunities for leadership teams

  • Mentor junior ESG/sustainability staff

What You Bring

  • 8+ yrs in ESG strategy or sustainability reporting—bonus for built environment experience

  • Deep familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB)

  • Understanding of corporate sustainability, risk, and regulatory disclosure

  • Experience with ESG data management systems and analysis

  • Strong communication for both technical and executive audiences

  • Proven success implementing ESG programs or advisory roles

  • Excellent project management and leadership capability
