What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Preparing cost estimates, proposals, and material lists.
- Coordinating project execution with field and office teams.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and teammates.
- Tracking schedules, milestones, and costs.
- Ensuring crews have what they need—the materials, information, and logistics
- Leading by example, championing excellence, respect, integrity, quality, teamwork, and reliability.
- Visiting sites, enjoying the views, and keeping the team spirit strong on your projects.
- Modeling our safety culture, following all company and regulatory safety requirements.
Who You Are
- A recent Civil Engineering Technology grad (or equivalent) or someone looking for their next growth opportunity
- Safety-focused (training provided)
- Motivated, curious, and ready to take on new challenges
- A great communicator who loves working with others
- Organized, dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
