Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic in-house Event Coordinator and Membership Administrator to be in charge of the planning, implementation and delivery of our events and other activities (Community markets, annual Gala, Women networking, business bootcamps, Conferences etc) that support our marketing, program delivery and general outreach activities from our program coordinators.
The ideal candidate will also be involved in administering the membership engagement of our alumni group with such activities as direct mail, e-mail marketing, registrations, surveys for needs analysis, inquiries, partnerships development, subscriptions and outreach activities for the members
You will need to have:
- Relevant experience in event planning, administration and delivery
- Education in business administration, marketing and/or communications will be an asset.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in event planning and delivery.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and comfortable talking to people over the phone.
- Must be able to multi-task while Results oriented
- Computer literacy
- Capacity to be creative
- Demonstrates sound judgment under pressure and ability to take initiatives
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to write and read FRENCH
This is a fulltime position 35h per week
$52,000 to $58,000
