Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth operations at our client’s large residential property in Richmond, BC. This role combines administrative management, facilities oversight, and customer service , ensuring residents enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

  • Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
  • Location: Richmond, BC
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily activities for the facilities team
  • Assign tasks and manage work schedules for staff
  • Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure guest suites and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness
  • Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable for suite and lounge rentals, as well as fob, key, and parking pass requests
  • Maintain records for payments, petty cash, mileage claims, and resource usage
  • Manage key loans for tradespeople and residents
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance by liaising with technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain supply levels
  • Prepare and implement preventive maintenance checklists
  • Compile monthly payroll information
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing facility issues and following up as needed
  • Respond to resident phone calls and inquiries
  • Manage reservations for guest suites and lounges

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facilities management or a similar administrative role is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications
  • Criminal background check required
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
