Our client is looking for a Bilingual Field Service Supervisor Reporting directly to the Service Director and responsible for technical and management of Partners in the province of Quebec and Atlantic Provinces. The position requires extensive travel (50% – 60%) in Quebec province and Atlantic Provinces. This position will reside in Montreal, QC.We are looking for:Provide Technical Support to our client Dealer/distributorSupervise, Train, Manage and Audit contractors (Equipment service companies)Phone Support to contractor techniciansOn-Site Support at customer location when requiredTechnical Training to Contractor companies with annual audits to contractor sites.Monthly review of our client KPI with Service PartnersProvide technical training to Service PartnersTravel to Quebec and Atlantic provinces to evaluate performance of Service PartnersYou will possess:Fully Bilingual, 100% perfect FrenchBackground in HVAC, refrigeration, gas utilities companies, heavy equipment, lift truck equipment, restaurant equipment repair companiesEducation: Technical degree 2 yearsManagement experience: Desire, however looking for a junior lead hand, supervisor or a technician with good attitude and leadership skills (example leading others in sports, nonprofits, etc.)Technician experience: Minimum 3Excellent customer service skills, sociable, able to work in a team, flexible and able to adapt to changesTravel: Up to 50% – 60% of the time to Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic provinces.Answer phone for after hours support occasionally, evenings- weekendsOur client offers:Competitive Base salary and annual bonus structureFull Vacation days + Personal Days Off after a 3 Month Probationary PeriodFull Training on our client Product from Day 1.Company VehicleGrowth Opportunities with a multi-national global corporationThis is an excellent opportunity for a Supervisor or Senior Lead Hand to able to manage, train and audit General Contractors and be the Manufacturers representative for our client product line.
