We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and enhance the financial operations of our client in the Newmarket area. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead financial processes effectively.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability. This position will support a multi-entity environment and be focused on growth both organically and through acquisitions. The successful candidate would be responsible for: · Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.· Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.· Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.· Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.· Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.· CPA designation required. · Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, most preferably in the manufacturing industry.· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook.· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
