MUST HAVE – BTS (Broadridge), Servicelink, OR Clientsource Daily Responsibilities:A typical day for this role involves using different applications and tools to verify, validate, and process requests that come through various channels such as emails, forms, applications, etc. This role is a combination of administrative work and processing tasks. The volume and queues of requests have different SLA expectations, and the candidate is expected to become comfortable with prioritizing tasks accordingly once fully trained.Required Program/Technology/Software Knowledge:The candidate must be proficient in the following programs:Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access DatabaseA+ Desktop (web-based applications)Client Source, Servicelink & ServicelinkPlusBTS, Broadridge system, etc.While prior knowledge of the internal application systems is not required, advanced skills in Excel and Access Database would be beneficial. The candidate will need to pull and manipulate certain reports that are exported from these systems.Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations:Post-Secondary Education is ideal (College/University)Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to work well and maintain composure under pressureAbility to work well with a team or independentlyNice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations:2 years of job-related experience (nice to have)Advanced experience with Excel and Access Database, especially in data manipulationFinancial Knowledge/Wealth Management experience (not required but beneficial)
