Financial Reporting Consultant (ERP and Snowflake) – Contract – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Dashboard Development:

• Lead the creation of financial dashboards utilizing NetSuite data integrated into Snowflake/EDW.
• Automate existing manual processes and file handling (currently based on Excel) to streamline operations using Power BI.
• Enable accurate financial projections and reporting through robust BI solutions.

• Planning Solution Advancement:

• Offer insights and potential improvements to the NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) system or alternative planning solutions directly integrated with NetSuite.

• Data Integration:

• Work on merging data from NetSuite ERP, EMR systems, Snowflake DB, and Salesforce CRM.
• Assist in linking NetSuite Budget Planning functionalities with Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Reporting Optimization:

• Diagnose and fix current reporting inefficiencies.
• Establish automated and accurate reporting structures that align with organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expert-Level Systems Knowledge:
• Power BI
• NetSuite ERP
• Snowflake (or comparable Enterprise Data Warehouse systems)
• NSPB (or other NetSuite-integrated planning solutions)
• Salesforce (asset but not required)
• Financial Expertise:
• Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis best practices.
• Technical Experience:
• Background in data engineering or financial data science is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions that bridge finance and technology.
