Floor Master Inc., is a trusted commercial flooring contractor operating since 2001. We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Project Manager to join our team. Your Role

  • Spearhead sales efforts across large-scale commercial flooring projects
  • Build, grow and manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, and property managers
  • Oversee estimating and proposals from drawings/specs using tools like PlanSwift
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery: procurement, project oversight, scheduling, and closeout
  • Monitor project performance with a focus on margin, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities within your accounts

Who You Are

  • A construction industry professional with proven experience in commercial construction sales, estimating and project management
  • Adept at interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strongly preferred: Background in flooring with estimating software experience (PlanSwift etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach
  • Experienced in managing multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently with a strong sense of accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Access to a reliable vehicle required

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $45k/year
  • Uncapped commission and profit-sharing structure: $80K–$150K+ for top earners
