Lead AI-First Product Design<br/><br/>Transform workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences. Youll design everything from prompt, to UIs and dashboards, making AI accessible to creators and brands alike.<br/><br/>Build From Zero to Scale<br/><br/>Own the complete design process from initial wireframes to polished interfaces. Maintain design systems, establish best practices, and build the foundation for a world-class design team.<br/><br/>Drive Product Strategy<br/><br/>Work directly with founders and Dulcedo leadership to shape product direction. Your design insights will influence feature prioritization and business strategy.<br/><br/>Research & Validate<br/><br/>Connect with creators and brand partners to understand their needs. Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements that drive engagement and retention.<br/><br/>Collaborate Across Teams<br/><br/>Partner closely with engineering, product, sales, and client success teams.
