We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven General Manager to lead a large, full-service Marriott hotel. This role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager experience within a full-service Marriott property. Experience managing complex hotel environments, including collaboration with established Food & Beverage leadership teams, is essential.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience leading a large, full-service Marriott hotel and demonstrates a strong track record of performance in complex operating environments. They are a strategic, disciplined operator who effectively balances guest experience, associate engagement, and asset performance, while ensuring strict adherence to Marriott brand standards, compliance requirements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership across Rooms, Sales, Finance, Engineering, HR, and Food & Beverage.
  • Drive profitability through disciplined financial management, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure consistent achievement of Marriott brand standards, audits, and guest satisfaction metrics (GSS, BSA, QA)
  • Support and hold the F&B leadership team accountable for revenue growth, guest experience, and margin performance
  • Build and sustain a positive, accountable, and performance-driven staff culture
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to optimize ADR, occupancy, group, and catering performance
  • Maintain strong ownership and management company communication and reporting
  • Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager at a full-service Marriott property
    • Experience leading large hotels (300+ rooms strongly preferred)
    • Demonstrated exposure to full-service operations, including oversight of independent F&B leadership teams
    • Strong financial acumen with full P&L accountability
