Reporting to the Regional Multi-Residential Director, the General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of a multi-residential complex. The General Manager must provide a human touch to both tenants and the employees under their supervision.<br/><br/>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<br/><br/>Create preliminary repair and maintenance quotes<br/><br/>Interact with clients, suppliers and residents<br/><br/>Maintain good relationships with the residents<br/><br/>Produce required reports<br/><br/>Provide a high level of customer service<br/><br/>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:<br/><br/>5 years of management experience (an asset)<br/><br/>Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)<br/><br/>Knowledge of real estate management<br/><br/>Mastery of the laws of Quebec governing rental properties<br/><br/>Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)<br/><br/>Knowledge of Microsoft Office software<br/><br/>BENEFITS:<br/><br/>Annual Performance Bonus<br/><br/>Vacation<br/><br/>Sick days and time off for family obligations<br/><br/>Social insurance<br/><br/>Career Opportunity<br/><br/>JOB STATUS:
