General Manager / Operating Leader – Healthcare Services Portfolio

Compensation: ~$100-125K base + bonus with meaningful upside

We are seeking a proven operator to lead several established healthcare service businesses in the GTA. These are physician-led, high-volume clinical environments that require disciplined execution, strong leadership presence, and a mindset focused on operational excellence and financial performance.

You Are

  • An operations-focused leader who thrives in fast-moving, real-world environments—not a corporate oversight role
  • Skilled at building trust with physicians and clinical teams while still driving accountability and performance
  • Comfortable owning P&L outcomes and motivated by a clear EBITDA-tied bonus structure
  • Process-minded and data-driven, with the ability to implement systems that improve throughput and margins
  • Someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and makes decisive calls—even when it means challenging existing norms
  • Likely earlier in your leadership career but hungry for real responsibility and autonomy

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full operational leadership of several complementary healthcare services businesses, with direct accountability for workflow efficiency, service levels, and financial performance
  • Build and manage a high-performing front-line team, setting expectations, coaching, and addressing performance gaps
  • Introduce practical operational systems and KPIs to create visibility and discipline across functions
  • Collaborate with physician leadership while operating with a high degree of independence and trust from ownership
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient flow, staff productivity, scheduling, and overall resource utilization
  • Drive EBITDA growth through operational improvements—with clear linkage to compensation
