Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our client’s team as a Global Mobility Compensation Analyst. In this role, you’ll support the Compensation and Global Mobility team in implementing and administering programs that align with business goals and ensure compliance with global regulations. You will play a key role in supporting international assignments, compensation processes, and compliance activities across our global operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and administration of mobility and compensation programs, including participation in market surveys, data analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
- Assist with immigration assessments, documentation, and compliance for international and cross-border business travelers, contractors, and expatriates.
- Monitor immigration reports and expiry dates, supporting renewal and extension processes.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, including immigration providers, relocation companies, and tax advisors.
- Validate work permits for co-op students, summer students, and temporary foreign workers.
- Manage vendor invoicing and coding for Global Mobility contracts using Open Invoice and Winshuttle.
- Support compensation transactions, audits, and off-cycle salary tracking.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Global Mobility and Compensation functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, compensation, or mobility support
- Strong data analysis and Excel/MS Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for learning about global operations and programs
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
