Our Client: Financial Services, Real Estate and Asset Management Firm Role Title: Coordinator, Compliance & Governance The successful candidate will coordinate governance processes, ensure compliance reporting (especially to OSFI), and manage board meeting preparation and execution. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Board meeting logistics (4x/year), ensuring reports are tabled and properly formattedEngage with internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendorsEnsure all materials and reports are completed and submitted per regulatory cyclesManage governance documentation and uploads to the BoardSupport compliance and OSFI reportingWork closely with executive leadership on governance mattersMust-Have Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of business facing, administrative experienceStrong OSFI reporting experience is essentialExperience working with boards and governance committeesMeticulous attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to understand and interpret organizational and regulatory needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDiligent with follow-through and document handlingFamiliarity with high-volume environments (virtual or in-person)Key Competencies:Critical thinking and professional judgmentStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveCollaborative mindset
