Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Dream Team!

The perfect candidate will have strong creative abilities and present a portfolio that showcases their enthusiasm for design, along with a strong interest in interior design and a genuine curiosity towards today’s trends.

As part of our marketing office, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to design and produce visually appealing materials that reflect the aesthetic of our home decor brand, including product packaging, customer product books, promotional content, signage, social media assets, and advertising materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs, ensuring the final product aligns with their expectations and the brand’s vision.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Create high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, advertisements, including assets for social media, email campaigns, websites.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Keep up with current design trends and apply innovative techniques to enhance creative output.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.
  • Strong typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Eager to follow design trends and commit to continuous learning and self-improvement.
