About the Role:
Caucus Services in the Office of the Leader of the Opposition is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and politically savvy Graphic Designer to join our team. Working directly with Conservative caucus, you will help shape and support national messaging through dynamic visual content across digital, print, and video platforms. This is a unique opportunity to put your design skills to work in the heart of Canadian politics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new graphics for social media, print materials (signage, billboards, direct mail), advertisements, and video.
- Create compelling and attractive visual design pieces that align with the Conservative Caucus’ priorities and messaging.
- Triage and manage incoming design requests from Members of Parliament.
- Crop and edit photos.
- Rapidly turn around graphics in response to emerging political events and news.
- Ensure all designs maintain a consistent tone and visual brand.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field or at least 3+ years work experience in a graphic design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of political messaging and Conservative values.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience is a strong asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required.
