Description
We are looking for a practicing Christian sitter. The sitters primary responsibility will be caring for our baby, Matthew, in a loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate way. This includes preparing and offering his meals and bottles, supporting his nap routines, engaging him in age-appropriate play, reading, singing, going for walks, and creating a calm, safe environment throughout the day.
We value responsive caregiving, so the sitter will be encouraged to follow Matthews cues and routines rather than rushing or overstimulating him. Light child-related tasks such as tidying play areas, washing bottles, and organizing his clothes and toys will also be part of the role.
We hope to build a respectful and supportive relationship where communication is open, expectations are clear, and everyone feels comfortable. The sitter will play an important role in our familys daily rhythm.
