As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving a comprehensive media strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels, working closely with Marketing Directors to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance.
This varied position oversees brand management, media planning, vendor relationships, and campaign optimization while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Success in this role means delivering brand equity, measurable campaign results, maintaining efficient media operations, and continuously improving marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights.
This role will have an immediate impact and will be a key addition to our Consumer Health category!
Develop and maintain brand equity measurement system and establish brand performance metrics and tracking
Manage brand guidelines and report on brand health metrics
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director & Marketing Director to develop integrated brand campaigns
Create and optimize media strategies across paid, social, video, display, and traditional channels
Develop comprehensive marketing calendars aligning campaigns, creative deadlines, and performance metrics
Oversee day-to-day relationships with media agencies, and lead performance reviews
Coordinate platform-specific campaigns (Amazon, Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube)
Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies
Partner with commercial team on lower-funnel tactics and offline activations
Coordinate with creative teams on asset development and delivery
Ensure alignment between online and offline marketing initiatives
Lead continuous improvement of media planning and buying processes
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field preferred
Experience in DTC essential, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or other FMCG
Proven expertise in brand management, marketing and campaign management
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
Experience with marketing analytics platforms (GA4)
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics / reporting tools
Hands-on experience managing traditional, paid media, social media, and influencer campaigns
Demonstrated ability in brand and product portfolio management
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Experience with marketing automation systems
Understanding of SEO/SEM principles
Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Advanced proficiency in English and French (preferred)
Experience in offline-to-online campaign integration
