The Marketing Manager is a hands-on executor responsible for driving demand generation, campaign execution, and tactical marketing initiatives to support sales growth. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can implement multi-channel marketing strategies from webinar creation and execution to email marketing to partner co-ordinated lead generation campaigns. Success in this role is measured by lead generation, marketing ROI, and the ability to rapidly adapt to evolving market needs.
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution – Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness.
Content & Messaging Alignment – Ensure marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns align with WinMagic’s brand positioning and sales objectives.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration – Support the sales team by providing marketing assets, competitive insights, battlecards, demand-generation initiatives, and other sales enablement initiatives that drive revenue.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization – Leverage digital channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Gartner Digital Markets, Gartner Peer Insights) to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates while continuously measuring performance metrics.
Post-secondary degree in Marketing or a related field is mandatory

Proven B2B Marketing Experience – Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software, with a track record of executing successful demand generation and digital marketing campaigns.
Hands-On Campaign Execution – Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email, content, webinars, field marketing, and channel marketing.
Content and Messaging Proficiency – Experience in crafting compelling marketing messaging, collateral, and campaigns that effectively communicate product value and differentiation.
Strong Analytical and Performance-Driven Mindset – Experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, SEMrush, Google Analytics – GA4, Google Search Console).

Results-Driven & Goal-Oriented – Focused on achieving measurable marketing outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability for lead generation and pipeline impact.
Proactive & Self-Starter – Takes initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute marketing programs without constant oversight.
Detail-Oriented & Organized – Manages multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality execution.

Clear and Concise Messaging – Ability to craft compelling marketing content, campaign messaging, and sales enablement materials that resonate with target audiences.
Persuasive Storytelling – Capability to translate technical concepts into engaging narratives that drive customer interest and brand differentiation.
Active Listening & Adaptability – Open to feedback from stakeholders, able to refine marketing strategies based on insights from sales, customers, and data analytics.

B2B SaaS & Enterprise Software Marketing – Familiarity with the unique buying cycles, sales motions, and marketing strategies required to drive demand and adoption in enterprise IT environments.
