The Opportunity: Your Impact Matters

As a Thiessen Safety Consulting team member, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site safety evaluations, identifying hazards before they become incidents.
  • Build customized, practical safety programs, policies, and procedures for construction and industrial clients.
  • Deliver engaging, meaningful safety training that connects with both frontline workers and leadership teams.
  • Lead incident investigations, uncovering root causes and recommending preventive strategies.
  • Offer clear, professional guidance on compliance with OHS regulations and evolving industry best practices.
  • Strengthen client partnerships by delivering outstanding service and proactive safety leadership.
  • Help shape and maintain a culture of safety excellence for the companies we serve.

Your Credentials

  • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation.
  • Minimum 3 years of construction sector safety experience.
  • Strong understanding of Saskatchewan and Canadian OHS legislation.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
