We are supporting a confidential search for an HR professional to join a best-in-class, global CPG organization known for strong brands, high standards, and a performance-driven culture. This role reports directly into the Head of HR and is ideal for someone with a strong execution mindset who wants to continue building a long-term career in CPG.
πΌ The Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role partnering closely with senior leaders and frontline teams. Youβll be responsible for translating HR strategy into practical, day-to-day action, with strong visibility and mentorship from the Head of HR.
This is not a policy-only role β weβre looking for someone who gets things done.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Act as a trusted HR partner to business and site leadership
β’ Execute core HR programs across employee relations, performance management, and talent development
β’ Support leaders through change, organizational effectiveness, and day-to-day people matters
β’ Drive engagement initiatives that reinforce a high-performance culture
β’ Ensure consistent execution of HR policies and practices
β’ Partner with HR COEs to deliver against business priorities
π― What Weβre Looking For
β’ HR Manager experience or a strong HR Advisor ready to step into a broader role
β’ Background in CPG, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments preferred
β’ Proven execution capability with the ability to move quickly from strategy to action
β’ Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable operating close to the business
β’ Strong business acumen and credibility with leaders at all levels
β’ Clear desire to grow and advance within the CPG industry
