This is a hands-on, execution-focused role partnering closely with senior leaders and frontline teams. You’ll be responsible for translating HR strategy into practical, day-to-day action, with strong visibility and mentorship from the Head of HR.

β€’ Act as a trusted HR partner to business and site leadership

β€’ Execute core HR programs across employee relations, performance management, and talent development

β€’ Ensure consistent execution of HR policies and practices

β€’ Partner with HR COEs to deliver against business priorities
