HR Services Analyst (Contract)

Summary:

We’re looking for an HR Services Analyst to join a global HR team, providing top-tier support to people leaders and contributing to process improvements. This role involves lifecycle HR support, operational excellence, and project participation, with a strong focus on employee relations and HR advisory.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Solid HR Generalist experience (employee relations, performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Experience working in global or international business settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in business English

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Additional language skills
  • Experience in process improvement and project management
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and HR data governance
