About the Role:

Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, a leading beverage manufacturer, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment and provide operational HR support. This role is critical in delivering a positive candidate experience, ensuring efficient HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of the HR function.

The HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding. Additionally, this role will support HR projects, maintain policies, and help drive engagement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Facilitate pre-employment checks and prepare offer documents
  • Track recruitment metrics and assist with job fairs and campus initiatives

HR Administration & Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team
  • Assist with HR projects, engagement activities, and recognition programs
  • Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field (CHRP designation an asset)
  • 1–2 years of HR coordination or generalist experience, preferably in CPG
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
  • Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
