About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a People & Impact Manager – North America to lead the execution of our people strategy and support teams across North America and Canada. You’ll partner with leaders to strengthen organisational capability, elevate the employee experience, and ensure people-centred practices that align with our global strategy.

In this role, you will focus on:

  • People partnering & leadership support: Providing trusted guidance across the employee lifecycle, coaching leaders through employee matters and change, and translating global strategy into regional solutions.
  • Talent & capability: Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development to build high-performing teams.
  • Culture & experience: Enhancing an inclusive, engaging, values-led employee experience across Canada.
  • People governance & compliance: Overseeing employee relations, compliance, and core HR frameworks.
  • Impact & B Corp initiatives: Driving DEI, social responsibility, and B Corp-aligned practices.
  • Collaboration & development: Building capability within the People team and working with global colleagues.

Your work will directly contribute to building a thriving, values-led culture that supports our purpose and accelerates growth across Canada.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

You are a senior HR leader with 5+ years’ experience, strong people leadership capability, and deep knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (U.S. exposure an asset).

You will bring:

  • Leadership & stakeholder partnership: Experience advising senior leaders, supporting change, and coaching or developing HR team members within global or matrixed environments.
  • People & talent capability: Strength across talent acquisition, performance, capability development, and reward programs.
  • Judgment, communication & insight: Strong stakeholder management skills and a data‑informed approach using HRIS and people analytics.
  • Purpose‑aligned mindset: Alignment with DEI, ethical employment, social impact, or B Corp‑aligned practices (asset).

CPHR or equivalent accreditation is preferred, and some travel across North America with flexible work across time zones may be required.
