We are seeking to hire an HR Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry in LaSalle (100% onsite).

The role offers 6 weeks off, a great HR team, and a healthy benefits package.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Fluently bilingual French and English
  • Mandatory experience in a manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strength in employee relations and hands-on HR support
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employment standards
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the organization
  • Lead and support all core HR activities, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture
  • Manage HR operations including policies, compliance, training initiatives, and HR projects
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce needs and organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Use HR data and insights to support continuous improvement
