Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mississauga, ON. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring a healthy workplace environment. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to support organizational goals and foster a positive company culture.
